Once you have your date for you event, head over to STIIRBAR.com, click on the Contact Us page & fill out the Inquiry form with as many details as possible. We will get right back to you with a quote specifically for your event.
After that, we will send you a contract with the details, and a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date & begin planning!
The remainder of the balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
No, As per NJ State Law, we are not allowed to provide the alcohol. Don’t worry! We will work with you and provide you with a detailed alcohol shopping list based on your event.
We are based in Wyckoff, NJ and will travel 15 miles on us, after that a friendly travel fee applies.
Yes, we carry general & liquor liability Insurance. We will be happy to provide you or your venue a copy of our COI.
Yes! No alcohol, No Problem! At Stiir, we can make you a full Mocktail bar, (Perfect for the kids!) or we can mix and match cocktails & mocktails to provide an experience for everyone!
Yes! STIIR X KIDS is a fully themed mocktail bar providing the same beautiful aesthetically pleasing set-up as our regular packages, Minus the alcohol!
You ALWAYS get the pretty set up you see on instagram! When you book the STIIR Signature or Premium package, We come with our full set-up Every time! Our concept is providing you with our beautiful themed-to-your event set ups. We work with you directly leading up to your event to ensure we have the perfect aesthetic to match your Event!
Yes! Hosting an event & have everything covered including the bar, but need a bartender? Let one of our skilled bartender(s) serve up delicious drinks for you & your guests! Includes: Bartender with a set of bar tools.
We understand life happens. Be sure to communicate with us as soon as possible for proper arrangements, and we will do our best to accommodate you. In case of bad weather, we can move indoors or work with your tent vendor to ensure a rain or shine operation!
Upon booking, a $200 is non-refundable, however if the event is moved to a new date, provided we are available, we will apply the deposit to the new date.

Absolutely! We can curate a craft mocktail menu for you, or you can mix & match cocktails & mocktails!
Based in Bergen County NJ, we bring our bartending services to you! The first 20 miles are on us, and after that, we have a friendly travel fee. Perfect for any event, anywhere!

We will review your inquiry & date for availability & get back to you as soon as possible with a quote created specifically for your event!
After that, we will send you a contract with the details & a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at signing to hold your date & begin planning!
The remainder of the balance is due 14 days before your event.
